Go to work
The button is live from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM on a roster day, and only at the workplace. You do not hunt the building on foot first unless you want to. Travel still costs time and a fare. Arriving after 9:00 AM in this sim trims performance.
Steady work is the baseline. Push adds skill and a bit of pay if your needs can take it. Easy saves energy and pays less. Two needs under 25 also tax the shift. Promotion needs performance at 70 and a skill gate, up to level 3.
Keep cash for Saturday rent before you spend a night out. Needs that wreck a shift are listed on six needs.
